Francesca’s path to PRS wasn't a straight line. She holds a master’s degree in a field entirely unrelated to her current work, a background that she credits with giving her a fresh approach to problem-solving in the world of precision rolls.
In her role, Francesca focuses on providing tailored solutions to PRS customers. She prides herself on asking incisive questions, developing a deep understanding of each client’s production conditions, and leveraging her broad experience to offer technical support across the many industries PRS serves. For Francesca, the most exciting aspect of her work is the uniqueness of each project. She finds both challenge and reward in crafting solutions for customers, embracing the exacting demands of the industries PRS serves. Ted Lee - Plant Manager, PRS Richmond
Ted brings 30 years of manufacturing experience, including 18 years in leadership roles, to his position as Plant Manager at PRS Richmond. With a degree in mechanical engineering, he offers a strong technical foundation that complements his extensive industry knowledge.
In his current role, Ted oversees manufacturing updates focused on quality and delivery improvements. He also provides crucial technical support and collaborates with customers on process controls to ensure PRS’s solutions meet stringent quality standards. His commitment to understanding and meeting customer application needs ensures PRS rolls play a vital part in countless products across diverse markets.
Ted is passionate about problem-solving, especially when it comes to manufacturing processes and their associated controls. He thrives on the challenge of optimizing production techniques to deliver superior product outcomes and production improvements.
