Anilox rolls are the heart of the printing press. Our multi-layer anilox sleeve bases are designed with the quality required for exceptional performance at today’s high speeds. Our anilox sleeve bases have an aluminum wall (thickness) to maximize end-user refurbishments. Just as important, our “SmartMemory” cushion layer returns the sleeve to its tight original fit when air is removed, while maintaining tolerances unmatched in the industry.
DESIGN OPTIONS
  • Aluminum cladded with options for end rings (Stainless, Alum or Steel) 
  • Customer can request CF windings to be incorporated into the sleeve construction
