Tom’s career began nearly four decades ago after earning a Machine Tool degree at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Over the next 20 years, he amassed significant hands-on expertise before pivoting to sales and technical support, where for the last 18 years he has bridged the gap between complex engineering solutions and customer needs.
In his current role, Tom provides hands-on technical support to PRS customers, engaging directly via phone, video conference, and on-site visits to resolve roll and machine issues. This direct interaction allows Tom to develop a deep understanding of each customer’s unique challenges and requirements.
Tom finds particular satisfaction in witnessing the technological evolution of the industry over the years, and how advancements have improved both process speed and end-product quality. His role at PRS allows him to not only troubleshoot existing issues but also collaborate with customers to enhance their current processes with an eye toward the future.
With his extensive practical experience and technical knowledge, Tom plays a crucial role in ensuring PRS customers receive optimal performance from their engraved and specialty rolls, while also helping them leverage the latest industry innovations.
