Jamie Morales, Sales Manager & Technical Support for Sleeves
Jamie brings over 20 years of experience to his role in sleeve sales and technical support at Precision Roll Solutions. Jamie began his career in sleeve manufacturing, progressing through roles such as product supervisor and manager, as well as manager of the Wide Web department while overseeing Sleeves.
Jamie currently focuses on sales in these areas, and also provides technical support post-delivery. Jamie’s experience informs sales meeting presentations, in-plant audits for customers, product sales quoting, customer support, and project management. In his day-to-day work, Jamie frequently helps customers achieve challenging deliverables while meeting their timeline and pricing goals. What excites Jamie most about his role is meeting and onboarding new customers — and ultimately, transforming new relationships into long-term, trust-based partnerships. He’s known for responsiveness, problem-solving, and quick solutions that enable customers to successfully support production without delays.

As a seasoned Manufacturing Manager with a passion for innovation and excellence, Matt Thiesfeldt brings over 18 years of experience in driving operational efficiency and quality to his role at PRS. Based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, he has developed a keen understanding of the unique challenges facing package printing companies.
Matt has a strong foundation in lean manufacturing principles and is dedicated to manufacturing high-performance products that meet the evolving needs of leading brands. His expertise spans product design, process optimization, 3D prototyping, and supply chain management, allowing him to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that drive real results.
