Steve joined PRS with the acquisition of GB Embossing, Inc., which he previously owned. He brings an extraordinary 43 years of experience working with leaders in the manufacturing and engraving industries, marked by a patent that showcases his innovative contributions to the field. He began his career in the industry while in college, working as an engraver during the summers. After graduating, he moved into full-time roles in production, sales engineering, and project management. His wide-ranging background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of diverse engraving and manufacturing processes. In his current role, Steve oversees the customer journey beginning with sales and including pattern development, project management, and technical support. Steve is committed to providing an end-to-end, single-partner experience for PRS customers, ensuring that all aspects of a project are handled seamlessly and efficiently. Steve thrives on finding innovative solutions to help customers solve their unique challenges. His commitment to customer collaboration and problem-solving, combined with his extensive industry expertise, make him an invaluable asset to PRS and our customers.

David Ludke - Engraving Plant Manager
David is the Engraving Plant Manager at Precision Roll Solutions, overseeing all aspects of engraving, including quoting, engraving, and inspecting the work of PRS’s master engravers. With an impressive 44 years of experience in the engraving industry, David’s expertise spans everything from research and development to pattern development and hand working rolls to meet the most exacting specifications. David is dedicated to finding ways to turn PRS’s customers’ requests into reality with the team’s engraving capabilities. His deep understanding of the complexities of engraving enables the team to deliver precise, high-quality results that meet and exceed customer expectations. A key aspect of David’s role is enabling PRS to serve as a true one-stop shop. From design and manufacturing to engraving and chroming rolls, David ensures that all processes integrate seamlessly, providing customers with the comprehensive, end-to-end roll solutions they need.
