Tds MiniMax
A compact two drum surface winder with programmable rider roll and web tension offering excellent roll density control, an absolute necessity for today's printers. State of the art slitting section followed by a twin bowed roll system provides proven and positive slit separation techniques. No shafts! It is shaftless both in unwind and rewind. The integral shaftless floor pick-up unwind and the touch screen operator's station located on an articulating arm system offers an extremely efficient and compact design.
Model DCS
This duplex center surface slitter/rewinder has the added benefits of an overhead web path, automated doffing to powered carts eliminating shaft handling and loading/ unloading hoists, etc. Options available include scrap rewind, splicing facility, cantilevered knife shaft and more. The DCS is also available in trim widths up to 100" (2540 mm), with 50" (1270 mm) rewind, and maximum machine speeds of 2,500 FPM (760 MPM).

SSL Unwind
The new Webco SSL unwind is made to handle rolls in excess of 14,000 lbs. It features shaftless operation with an adjustable skew roll and shock roll. The Ssl Unwind is specifically designed to readily accept different braking configurations - from single brakes to "piggyback" brakes and regenerative drives - on an extremely rigid frame/platform allows for maximum control of heavy rolls at high speeds.
HD-84
A rugged hi-speed, heavy-duty shaftless unwind designed to lift, position, and guide rolls with exceptional operator ease. It also features ball-screw operation for raising and chucking. Options include adjustable pneumatic shock dampening roll and slack edge compensation.
MD-60
A medium-duty, shaftless floor pick-up unwind designed for simplicity of operation and efficiency of roll handling. Available with disc breaking or regenerative surface drive. Options include shock roll and slack edge compensation.
Machine Spool Unwinds
Mill-duty machines designed to run spools in dedicated machine winder applications. They are customized to suit the customers requirement with mechanical or regenerative braking, direct drive or surface belt. Options include edge guiding and oscillation control.
